Tournament Details

For example, three-team brackets will use a double-round robin, while larger brackets may include pools, semi-finals, and gold-medal matches. The tournament will feature both permanent and temporary pickleball courts, with 4 permanent courts and 16 temporary courts set up.
Registration and Fees
Registration opens on December 30, 2024, at 12:00 PST, with early registration fees set at $50 plus $15 per event. Fees will increase on April 1, 2025, and again on July 3, 2025. The event is a fundraiser for the Thurston County Pickleball Club, which aims to improve pickleball facilities and expand access in the Lacey and Olympia areas.
Tournament Format and Ratings
Players must accurately self-rate their skills when registering, as they will be placed in divisions according to their rating. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust ratings if needed. Participants can only register for one level above their skill rating.
Refund Policy
Participants can request a refund before July 2, 2025, with a $15 processing fee. If an event is canceled due to weather, refunds will be up to 50%.

The event will be held at Rainier Vista Park, located at 5475 45th Ave SE, Lacey, Washington. Parking is free, but it may be limited due to other activities in the area. Overnight parking is not allowed.
