Registration Details
Registration for the tournament opens on December 29, 2024, at 8:00 PST and will close on May 7, 2025. Early registration is available for $45 plus $15 per event until February 28, 2025. After that, prices will increase to $60 plus $15 per event until the registration deadline. Late registration, after May 7, will be priced at $75 plus $15 per event.
Players must register their partners within seven days to avoid being moved to the waitlist. If any event is canceled due to weather, participants may receive up to a 50% refund.
Tournament Format and Rules
The competition will follow a round-robin format, with the top four teams advancing to the playoffs for the Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. Most matches will be played to 15 points, with a “win by 2” rule. In events with 7 or 8 teams, Round Robin matches will be shortened to 11 points.
Age brackets will be finalized after registration closes, and the Tournament Director may combine divisions to ensure fair competition.

Jaquith Park, located at 1215 N Main, Newberg, OR, will serve as the tournament venue. The park offers free parking, making it convenient for attendees. The event will be played on tennis surfaces, and the Franklin X40 ball will be used for all matches.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Players may withdraw from the event up to the close of registration for a refund, minus a $10 admin fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline, except for weather-related cancellations, which may result in up to a 50% refund.
