Medals will be awarded based on the team’s total wins or points. Age brackets will be determined after registration closes, and players will self-rate, ensuring they play within their skill level. The official ball for the tournament will be the Selkirk Pro S1.
Registration and Costs
Registration for the tournament opens on January 1, 2025, and closes on April 14, 2025. The registration cost is $35 for early registration, which ends on March 1, 2025.
Late registration will cost $50 from March 2 until the registration deadline. Players are advised to register their partners within seven days or risk being moved to the waitlist.
Schedule and Format
The tournament will be held over two days, with men’s and women’s doubles taking place on Saturday, April 26, starting at 9 a.m.
Mixed doubles will follow on Sunday, April 27, also beginning at 9 a.m. All games will be played to 11, with a win by two, in a round-robin format leading to playoffs for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals.
Refund Policy
A cancellation fee of $20 will be charged for any refunds requested up until April 1, 2025. After that date, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

The tournament will be held at Jackson Park, located at 1600 34th St., Vienna, WV 26105. Parking at the venue is free, and rain makeup days are scheduled for May 3-4, 2025.
