This inclusive approach ensured that both beginners and seasoned pros could join in the fun. Porscha Tresler, the Director of Operations, shared details on the ranking system used for the event.
“So technically, you should be a 4.0 plus rating in order to be in the advanced. And what we did for our intermediate is 3.0 to 3.9 and then for beginner we did anywhere from you just played your first game to the 2.9 level,”(Porscha Tresler).
