Registration Details
Registration for the Seaside Slam opens on January 4, 2025, and closes on April 28, 2025. Early bird registration is priced at $45, but the fee increases to $55 starting March 22.
Late registration is available from April 12 to April 28 for $65. Players must check in 30 minutes before their event to avoid withdrawal from the tournament. The event is open to players of all levels and will include various divisions.
Tournament Structure and Schedule
The Seaside Slam will feature 10 outdoor courts and a busy schedule, with events beginning daily at 9:00 AM and lasting until approximately 9:00 PM.
The fast-paced format will keep players on their toes, as quick transitions between games will ensure the action continues without delay. All match results will be submitted to the DUPR rankings.
Weather and Health Safety Guidelines
In the event of adverse weather, the tournament may be rescheduled or relocated. Participants will be notified of any changes via email and text. All players must sign a facility liability waiver before competing. No one will be allowed to participate without this signed waiver.
Refund Policy
Participants can cancel their registration for a full refund (excluding the transaction fee) if they notify Double R Pickleball by April 2, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be provided unless the cancellation is due to any explainable circumstances. The tournament directors reserve the right to adjust the refund policy as needed.
