The 6th Annual Kaite Davis Memorial Tournament 2025 will be held from May 2 to May 4, 2025, at the Reinhart Volunteer All-Sports Park in Grants Pass, Oregon. This pickleball event will feature multiple divisions, including skill-based round robins with playoffs, and a variety of formats for players of all levels. The tournament will honor Kaite Davis while providing an exciting opportunity for pickleball players to compete for gold, silver, and bronze medals.
Registration Details
Registration opens on December 29, 2024, and closes on April 23, 2025. The cost is $60 for the first event, with an additional $10 fee for a second event.
Players must register with a partner within 7 days or risk being moved to the waitlist. Those without a partner can sign up for a Friday Jamboree/Scramble event.
Tournament Schedule
The tournament will kick off on Friday, May 2, with Jamboree/Scramble events for the Coed 2.5 and under skill level, as well as the 70+ age group. Following this, 3.0 skill Men’s and Women’s Doubles will take place.
The action continues on Saturday with Men’s and Women’s Doubles, and on Sunday, May 4, Mixed Doubles matches will be held. All matches will be played in a round robin format, with the top four teams advancing to the playoffs.
Match Format
Matches will be “win by 2,” with round robin games typically played to 15 points. If there are seven or eight teams in a division, games will be played to 11 points.
The final playoff matches, including the gold and bronze matches, will be 1 to 15. The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions if necessary for balanced play.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after registration closes. If the tournament is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may receive a refund of up to 50%.
Venue and Parking
This pickleball tournament will take place at the Reinhart Volunteer All-Sports Park in Grants Pass, Oregon. Parking is free for all attendees.
