Tournament Format and Schedule
The tournament will have teams compete in back-to-back games with minimal downtime. Each division will have matches with a one-game format of 11 points, using regular scoring.
For men’s and women’s divisions, players will compete against other teams based on their DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) scores. Teams will play a minimum of two games, with some divisions scheduled to play up to four.
Matches for the men’s 45+ divisions will begin at 8:00 AM, while other divisions will start later in the day. On Sunday, mixed divisions will be held between 8:00 AM and noon. Exact start times for other divisions will be released closer to the event.
Prize Money and Refund Policy
The winning teams in certain divisions, such as the men’s 19+ DUPR (15.1), will compete for a minimum of $300 in prize money. Refunds for registration are available up to January 1, 2025, with half of the registration fee refunded if canceled by that date.

The pickleball tournament will take place at Lost Pines Pickleball Club, located at 1099 Highway 71 W in Bastrop, Texas. The club offers nine indoor courts for play, ensuring that weather won’t interfere with the competition. There is no parking fee for participants or spectators.
