Tournament Format and Schedule
The tournament will use a round-robin format, allowing all participants to compete against each other. Matches will be played to 15 points, requiring players to win by two. If there are 7 or 8 teams, matches will be played to 11 points. The top four teams from the round-robin will advance to the playoffs for gold, silver, and bronze medals.
Players are responsible for self-rating and may only play up in skill level by 0.5 from their profile. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust ratings if players are found to be underrated. The Franklin X40 ball will be used during the competition.
Registration Information and Fees
Early registration is encouraged, with a flat rate of $50 available until November 30. After this date, the registration fee will increase to $60 and will reach $65 for any registrations after January 2.
There is a $10 fee for refunds before the registration deadline, but no refunds will be offered after that date. If weather conditions force a cancellation, participants may receive up to a 50% refund.
