Growing Popularity of Pickleball
“Pickleball has surged in popularity in recent years, appealing to players of all ages and abilities,”. “Ace Pickleball Club brings the sport indoors, allowing pickleball enthusiasts to enjoy an unparalleled playing experience 365 days a year. We are very excited to bring this trending concept to Brunswick Shopping Center and the community.”( Fred Younkin)
Community Impact
The Brunswick Shopping Center is anchored by a Lidl supermarket and features a mix of tenants, including LA Fitness, Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty, McDonald’s, and Sherwin Williams. The center serves a growing residential population of over 280,000 residents within a five-mile radius and is close to Rutgers and DeVry universities. The retail destination attracts around 2.6 million visitors each year, according to Placer.ai.
The addition of Ace Pickleball Club will enhance the shopping center’s offerings and provide a new recreational option for local residents. As LMC markets additional retail spaces ranging from 1,000 to 21,000 square feet, the club’s opening signifies a positive trend in community-oriented recreational facilities, meeting the demands of a growing population.
