Schedule of Events
- Friday, March 21: Singles events will begin at 5:30 p.m. (check-in at 5:00 p.m.).
- Saturday, March 22: Men’s and Women’s Doubles will start at 9:00 a.m. (check-in begins at 8:00 a.m.).
- Sunday, March 23: Mixed Doubles will begin at 9:00 a.m. (check-in at 8:00 a.m.).
Participants can use practice courts from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday. A maximum of 250 players can register for the tournament, and registration will close once that number is reached. Players are reminded to ensure their partners register and pay within seven days.
Food and Prizes
Lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday’s lunch will feature jambalaya, while pizza will be served on Sunday. There will be a $100 prize for each of the Men’s and Women’s Open Singles winners.
Parking and Venue Information
Parking at Cross Gates Family Fitness is free, and spectators can set up chairs inside the temporary courts’ fenced area. No tents will be allowed on the courts. The venue will use USAP rules and only approved USAP paddles will be permitted.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made before March 10, 2025, will receive a refund minus a $10 fee. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the entry deadline. If rain cancels the event, a rain date will be offered. If players are unable to attend on the rain date, no refund will be provided.
