Event Details
The tournament will feature a round-robin format. Here’s the schedule:
- Saturday, May 17: Women’s and Men’s Doubles starting at 8:00 a.m.
- Sunday, May 18: Family Doubles (parents/grandparents partnering with children/grandchildren) at 8:00 a.m. A mixed doubles event will follow in the afternoon.
The Family Doubles division will be split by skill level, and each pair should register based on their combined skill levels. For example, a 3.5-skilled player paired with a 5.0-skilled child would register for the 4.0+ bracket. This bracket is designed for fun and family participation, with games not counting towards official ratings.
Waitlist and Refund Information
If the event fills up, participants can join a waitlist for a chance to compete. Players can request a full refund (minus a $5-$10 fee) if they withdraw before the registration deadline. No refunds will be given after May 7, 2025.
Venue and Parking
The tournament will be held at Lake Odessa Picklebowl, located at 1609 Jordan Lake Ave, Lake Odessa, MI. Parking is free, and there are plenty of spaces available at the venue.
Weather Note
As an outdoor pickleball tournament, there is no backup indoor location. Players and spectators should plan accordingly for weather conditions.
