The Summit, an indoor facility with six hard courts, is hosting this popular event. Players will compete in men’s and women’s singles, doubles, and mixed doubles throughout the weekend. Registration opens on December 21, 2024, and closes on February 16, 2025. Entry fees are $45, with an additional $15 per event.
Efficient Tournament Structure
The tournament follows a round robin format leading into bracket play. The Summit prides itself on running efficient tournaments, ensuring minimal downtime for players. The schedule is as follows:
- Friday, Feb 21: Men’s & Women’s Singles
- Saturday, Feb 22: Men’s & Women’s Doubles
- Sunday, Feb 23: Mixed Doubles
Competition starts at 8:00 AM each day, with specific times for each event sent to players a week before the tournament.
Skill Levels and Ratings
This pickleball event uses the DUPR rating system to ensure fair competition. Skill levels include 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+. Players must compete at the skill level of the higher-rated participant. Age groups are based on the younger player’s age as of December 31, 2025.

Registration and Partner Guidelines
To register, players can list their partner or request one. If a partner is not found within five days of registration, the team will be moved to the waitlist. Once both players have registered and paid, they’ll be added back to the active list if a slot is available.
No referees will be present, but players are expected to monitor their matches. Referees will be provided upon request, if possible.
