Event Format and Schedule
The tournament will feature a range of events, including Women’s Doubles, Men’s Singles, Mixed Doubles, Men’s Doubles, and Women’s Singles. The competition will follow a Round Robin format, with playoffs for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. Matches are typically played to 15 points, with some events adjusted based on the number of players.

- Friday, April 4: Women’s Doubles / Men’s Singles
- Saturday, April 5: Mixed Doubles
- Sunday, April 6: Men’s Doubles / Women’s Singles
Registration and Fees
Registration costs $45 from January through February. In March, the fee increases to $60, and late registration (after the deadline) will be $75. Each event has a $15 fee. Players must use their USSP rating from their profile to register. USSP members will receive a $10 discount if their membership number is added to their profile.
Refund Policy
Participants can cancel their registration by March 26 for a refund, minus a $20 processing fee. Refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the tournament.
Venue and Parking
The tournament will take place at PicklR, located at 120 Gristmill Plaza in Williamsburg. Parking is available for free, though overnight parking is not allowed.
