Tournament Overview
Held at the Planters Bank-Jennie Stuart Health Sportsplex, this indoor tournament welcomes players of all skill levels. The registration fee is $60 for one event, with an additional $10 for extra events. Registration opens on January 17 and closes by March 2. Players registering before March 2 will receive a free tournament shirt.
Event Schedule

Matches may start as early as 8:00 AM. Players will receive specific start times via email one week before the event.
Competition Format and Rules
The tournament will follow a round-robin format, with medal matches for brackets of more than four teams. If brackets do not fill, tournament management may combine them, ensuring fairness by using age and skill level considerations. All participants are expected to follow the USA Pickleball Rulebook.
Player Registration and Requirements
Players can register and identify their partners or request to be paired with someone. If a player does not have a partner, they will be placed on a waitlist until one is found. Both players must register and pay in full for a spot in the tournament. DUPR ratings will be used to place players, and any changes to ratings will be reflected by February 16.
Refund Policy
Withdrawals are allowed until February 16 with a $20 administrative fee. After this date, no refunds are issued unless the player has purchased tournament insurance, which covers weather cancellations and injuries.
Venue and Parking
The tournament will take place at the Planters Bank-Jennie Stuart Health Sportsplex in Hopkinsville, Georgia. Parking is free for all participants.
