Event Details and Schedule
The registration fee starts at $40 from January 16-31, increasing to $60 in the final registration phase. The event will feature various brackets, including Open/Pro and Senior Open/Pro divisions with prize money.
- May 9: Amateur and Open/Pro singles
- May 10: Men’s and Women’s Doubles (Amateur, Open/Pro, Senior Open/Pro)
- May 11: Mixed Doubles (Amateur, Open/Pro, Senior Open/Pro)
Each division offers medals for first, second, and third places.
Registration and Pricing
Registration opens on January 16 and closes on May 4. Early bird prices start at $40 and increase through April. Amateur event fees are $15 per event, while Open event fees are $60 each.
Tournament Format
Amateur events will follow a round-robin format, with top teams advancing to playoffs. Matches will be played to 15, win by 2, except for the gold medal match, which is best two out of three to 11. Open/Pro events will feature double elimination.
Prize Money
The Open/Pro, Senior Open/Pro, and Split Age Anything Goes 4.5+ events will include prize payouts:
- First Place: 60% of entry fees
- Second Place: 30%
- Third Place: 10%
Additional Information
The tournament will be held indoors, eliminating weather concerns. Players must register through PickleballBrackets.com, and all matches will be uploaded to DUPR.
Players are encouraged to start a DUPR account and join the LFG Tourneys club. A photo ID is required for check-in, and players should arrive at least 30 minutes before their event starts.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available until April 9, 2025, minus the service fee. After this date, 50% refunds are available until May 2, with no refunds after May 3.

The event will be held at the York Adams Community Tennis Association, located at 225 Bowman Rd Rear, Hanover, PA. Parking is free for all participants.
