Pickleball Tournament Details

Registration Fees and Deadlines

Normal registration runs from February 1 to April 11, 2025, with a fee of $65, and late registration costs $85, from April 12 to April 18, 2025. The fee for each event is $55 for Open events and $20 for non-Open events.
Golden Gate Pickleball members can enjoy a discount of $20 after January 31, 2025, reducing the registration fee to $45. To qualify for this discount, players must be members of the Golden Gate Pickleball Club.
Partner Requirements and Policies
Players must have a registered and paid partner to confirm their participation. If a registered player loses their partner after registration closes, they must replace them with a registered player in the same skill/age group. Replacements should be communicated to the registration contact by 6:00 PM the day before the match.
Refund Policy
Players who withdraw before April 11, 2025, will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee. Refund requests made after April 11, 2025, will not be honored.
Prize Money and Awards
Gold, silver, and bronze medalists in Open-level doubles events will receive cash prizes. Gift prizes will be awarded to all gold medalists in non-Open events.
Venue and Additional Information
