Brewpub Complex Proposed for Hebron: A new brewpub complex in Hebron, Kentucky, could soon offer locals a unique mix of entertainment and outdoor activities. The project, led by resident Brad Trauth, aims to bring a brewery, sand volleyball, pickleball courts, and indoor sports facilities to the area. The plan has gained strong community support and is set to be voted on by the Boone County Fiscal Court on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025.
A Vision for Northern Kentucky
Brad Trauth’s idea for the brewpub complex grew from his own experiences. During the pandemic, Trauth and his family enjoyed biking trails in Cincinnati but found the drive from Hebron to be inconvenient.
This led him to envision a similar outdoor space closer to home. The location near CVG airport and a new multi-use bike trail made it the perfect spot for the new venture.
Trauth wants the complex to serve as a family-friendly destination, combining recreational activities with a relaxing brewpub atmosphere.
The complex will feature pickleball courts, sand volleyball, and indoor sports facilities for activities like soccer, making it a place for outdoor fun and indoor relaxation.
Community Support and Plans
The project has already received approval from the Boone County Planning Commission, and Trauth is optimistic about the final approval. If the fiscal court votes in favor of the proposal, Trauth plans to begin construction this spring.
“We want to create a place where families can come together to enjoy outdoor activities, sports, and great food.” – (Trauth)
A Boost for Hebron
The brewpub complex would provide a much-needed recreational space for families in Northern Kentucky. If approved, it would offer a fun and convenient spot for locals and visitors to enjoy a variety of activities right in their community.
The project could also boost the local economy by attracting visitors and creating new jobs. As construction begins, many are eager to see how this new venture could transform the region and become a staple for family fun and relaxation in Hebron.
