- Brackets with six to seven teams: Matches are one game to 11, win by 2, with medal matches also in a best-of-three format.
- Brackets with eight or more teams: Teams compete in pools with one game to 15, win by 2. Top teams advance to playoff rounds leading to medal matches.
Tie-breaking rules will follow International Federation of Pickleball (IFP) guidelines, ensuring fair competition.

Players must adhere to the tournament’s policies:
- Partner replacements are allowed until 6:00 PM the day before a scheduled event.
- Referee coverage will prioritize medal matches, with non-medal matches officiated as resources allow.
