Tournament Details
The tournament will offer several events, including Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. The events are divided by age and skill level, including brackets for 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5.
All events will follow a Round Robin format with pools, and the top teams will advance to playoffs. The games will be played to 15 points, win by 2. Gold medal matches will be best 2 out of 3.
The event will take place outdoors with 10 designated courts. On May 31, Men’s and Women’s Doubles will be played, and on June 1, Mixed Doubles will take place. Prize money is available for Open and Senior Pro divisions.
Registration Fees and Discount Schedule
Early registrants can save money by signing up before the price increase. The registration fee is $45 from January 11 to February 11, 2025. From February 12 to March 31, the cost increases to $50, and after April 1, the price goes up to $55. Each Open event costs $60.
Refund and Weather Policy
Refunds will be available until May 1, 2025, minus service fees. A 50% refund is available up to a week before the tournament, and no refunds will be granted after May 25, 2025.
In case of adverse weather, the event organizers will prioritize player safety. If the tournament is canceled due to weather, participants will receive a 50% refund.
