Ace Pickleball Club (APC) will host its first-ever APC National Championship in Roswell, Georgia, from January 30 to February 2. The event will feature over 500 competitors from different skill levels, competing for a record-breaking $250,000 prize pool.
Event Overview
The APC National Championship is the climax of the APC Championship Series. Thousands of members from across the APC community have competed since last April to secure a spot in the tournament.
The event will feature competitions in men’s doubles, women’s doubles, mixed doubles, and a team event, with players separated by skill levels and age groups.
The schedule of events is as follows (Eastern Time):
- Women’s Doubles: Thursday, Jan. 30 – 8 am to 6 pm
- Mixed Doubles: Friday, Jan. 31 – 8 am to 6 pm
- Team Event: Saturday, Feb. 1 – 10 am to 6 pm
- Men’s Doubles: Sunday, Feb. 2 – 7 am to 5 pm
What’s at Stake?
The APC National Championship features the largest prize pool in amateur pickleball history, totaling $250,000. First-place winners in each skill and age category will earn $1,200 per person, while second-place winners will receive $500 each. Additional prizes include pickleball gear, APC memberships, a Titan Ball Machine, and more.
Growth of the Sport
“This event marks a significant growth milestone for the Ace Pickleball Club team and our members,” said Brian Noble, Vice President of Pickleball Experience at APC.
“Over the last year, our team has focused on growing our offerings to members from a competition and social aspect. The participation in this event is a testament to the Ace Pickleball Club family,” he added.
