Tournament Schedule
The tournament will begin on Friday, May 2, with non-ESPA events including men’s and women’s full-court singles in multiple age brackets. The afternoon will feature co-ed doubles with mixed or same-gender teams, where one player must be over 50.
On Saturday, May 3, ESPA events will take place, including men’s and women’s doubles for various age groups. Points earned in these events will count toward the ESPA Tournament Series standings.
The final day, Sunday, May 4, will feature mixed doubles, as well as youth divisions in high school, middle school, and elementary school categories.
Tournament Format
The tournament follows a round-robin format for many events. For singles, men’s and women’s full-court brackets with fewer than 3 teams will either be removed or merged. Doubles events follow similar formats, with team sizes ranging from 3 to 10 or more teams. COED doubles requires at least 16 teams to take place.
Refund Policy and Prize Money
Participants who need to cancel can receive a refund of $40 if done by April 18, 2025. COED doubles teams will compete for prize money, with the 1st place team winning $300, 2nd place taking $200, and 3rd place earning $100.
Parking and Weather
Parking is free at The Courts at Harmon Field, and the tournament will take place outdoors. In case of rain, the event will pause for delays or continue under lights if necessary. The rain date is May 9-11, 2025.
