Tournament Details
Registration for the tournament opens on January 23, 2025, with early registration available for the first 25 participants at $40, which includes one event. After 25 sign-ups, the registration fee will increase to $65. Participants can enter additional events for $15 each. A $5 per-event fee will be charged by Pickleball Brackets, with a maximum of $10 per player.
The tournament will follow a round-robin format, guaranteeing at least five games for all participants. Top teams will advance to the playoffs, where matches will be played to 15 points. Medal winners will earn free entry to another Pickleball People Tour event in 2025.
Format and Schedule
The event will include mixed doubles and singles matches. The mixed doubles will be held on Sunday morning, while singles matches will take place in the afternoon. The Franklin X-40 ball will be used for the tournament.
Refund Policy
If a participant needs to withdraw, they can receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable $5-10 fee, if they withdraw before July 14, 2025.
Weather and Location
As an outdoor event, weather may impact the schedule. In the case of weather cancellations, participants will have the option to join another Pickleball People event free of charge. The Apex Simms Street Rec Center, located at 11706 West 82nd Avenue in Arvada, offers free parking for all attendees.
