Event Overview
This exciting pickleball tournament is hosted at one of the Northeast’s largest and newest indoor pickleball facilities. Players Courtyard Pickleball Club in Moorestown features 13 courts, offering ample space for singles, doubles, and mixed doubles events.
The facility is equipped with permanent nets, a state-of-the-art Sportmaster finish, and a climate-controlled environment.
The tournament will cater to a variety of skill levels, ranging from 3.0 to 5.0+, and will feature age brackets for players aged 9 to 49, as well as 50+. Players can register for multiple events at a cost of $20 per event for amateur categories or $40 per event for 5.0+ categories.
Registration and Costs
The registration fee of $70 includes a tournament shirt and medals for the winners. Additional events cost $20 each for amateur categories, with 5.0+ events priced at $40.
All registration payments must be completed by April 1, 2025. Players can register without payment until that date but must finalize payments before the registration deadline.
Online payment via Stripe is available, and other options will be provided upon request.
Tournament Format and Rules
All events will follow a round robin format, except for the open divisions. During round robin play, matches will be one game to 11 or 15 points, with the requirement to win by 2.
In open divisions with six or more teams, a double elimination format will be used. The winners bracket will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11, and the opportunity bracket matches will be a single game to 15.
The tournament will strictly follow USA Pickleball rules and the approved paddle list. Scores from the tournament will be entered into DUPR for player tracking.
Prize Money and Refund Policy
Prize money will be awarded for the 5.0+ open divisions, with payouts based on the number of players in each bracket. The breakdown is 55% for gold medalists, 30% for silver medalists, and 15% for bronze medalists.
A withdrawal fee of $10 will be charged to players who cancel before April 1, 2025. No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2025.
