Weather Policy
This is an outdoor tournament, and there is no indoor backup in case of rain. The tournament organizers will make every effort to complete matches, but no refunds will be given for weather-related cancellations. Participants are advised to register with the understanding of these terms.

The Onix Dura Fast 40 Neon Pickleball will be used in the tournament. All scores will be uploaded to the DUPR platform after the event.

A service fee of $5 per event is charged by pickleballbrackets.com for tournament registrations, which is non-refundable. Refund requests can be made until May 4, 2025, and will be subject to a $10 administrative fee.
