Registration Details

Early registration for the tournament opened on January 26, 2025, with fees starting at $45 plus event costs. The registration cost will increase to $60 starting March 1, 2025. After March 26, 2025, registration will be available at a late fee of $75, with each event costing $15.

Players can earn a $10 rebate by adding their USSP membership number to their profile. The event follows a round-robin format, with playoffs for gold, silver, and bronze medals.

Event Schedule

The tournament will feature a range of events over the weekend. On Friday, April 4, participants will compete in Women’s Doubles and Men’s Singles. Saturday, April 5, will see Mixed Doubles, followed by Men’s Doubles and Women’s Singles on Sunday, April 6.

Round-robin matches will typically be played to 15 points, with some exceptions based on the number of participants. The top four teams in each event will advance to the playoffs, where matches will determine medal winners.

USSP Rating and Format

Players will compete according to their USSP rating, with age and skill levels organized in five-year intervals. While no membership is required, those with USSP membership will receive a discount.

Tournament officials may combine brackets as needed to ensure competitive play. Organizers also note that the event may close early if daily registration caps are met.

Refund Policy

Players can cancel their registration by March 26, 2025, to receive a refund minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Venue and Parking

The tournament will be held at The Premier Pickleball Club, located at 2405 SW First St, Redmond, Oregon. Parking at the venue is free for all attendees.
