Tournament Details
Registration for the tournament opens on December 31, 2024, at 8:00 EST and will close on March 19, 2025, at 11:55 EST. The entry fee is $55. The tournament will be held at the Thomas County Central Middle Courts located at 4681 US Hwy 84 Bypass in Thomasville, Georgia.
All efforts will be made to ensure that participants are grouped according to their skill level. However, if necessary, brackets may be combined to guarantee a minimum of four games for every player.
Parking and Weather Considerations
There is no parking fee for the event. As the tournament is held outdoors, the organizers have made arrangements to run games even in adverse weather. If bad weather occurs, the event may be rescheduled, including holding games in the evening with no matches starting later than 9:30 PM.

Because the event is a charity fundraiser, no refunds will be issued, according to the official tournament guidelines.
