Pickleball Sisters Tournament: The Pickleball Sisters Women’s & Men’s Double-Doubles tournament will take place from April 4 to April 6, 2025, at the Hot Springs Village Pickleball Club in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. The three-day event will feature men’s and women’s doubles and mixed doubles competitions with various skill levels and age groups.
Tournament Details
Registration for the tournament opens on January 1, 2025, at 8:00 CST and will close on April 1, 2025, at 11:50 CST. The entry fee is $55, which includes a Pickleball Sisters towel.
Each event costs an additional $10. The tournament is limited to 250 players. Players may also receive a $10 discount if they are members of the US Senior Pickleball (USSP).
The tournament will be played over three days at the Hot Springs Village Pickleball Club, located at Desoto Blvd, Hot Springs Village, AR.
A minimum of four games per event is guaranteed. The format will include round robin, double-elimination, and age/skill-based brackets, with match play beginning on April 4 and continuing through April 6.

- April 4 (Friday): Men’s and Women’s Round Robin Doubles (Skills 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.5+)
- April 5 (Saturday): Men’s and Women’s Age/Age Double Elimination Doubles (Skills 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+)
- April 6 (Sunday): Mixed Doubles Round Robin Age/Skill (2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+)
Players can practice on April 3 from 3:00 to 9:00 PM, and additional practice time will be available after matches on April 4-6.
Parking and Food Options
There is no parking fee for the event. There are two entrances to the facility: Sonora Way and in front of the Pickleball Club House. Parking at the Club House is reserved for staff and vendors. Additional parking is available at the nearby Desoto Golf Course.
Food options include snacks available throughout the day, with breakfast bars, fruit, and drinks in the morning. On April 5, Clampit’s Country Kitchen will offer BBQ, salads, and chips for purchase. For dinner options, local restaurants like Village Hibachi and El Padrino are recommended.
Refund Policy
Registrants must cancel by March 30, 2025, to receive a refund. A $15 administrative fee and a $5 service fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline, and registration fees are not transferable.
