Tournament Overview
The tournament will run daily from 7 AM to 10 PM at the Austin Tennis and Pickleball Center, located at 7800 Johnny Morris Rd, Austin, TX.
Divisions will include singles on Friday, men’s and women’s doubles on Saturday, and mixed doubles on Sunday. Players can expect a round-robin format with playoffs for the top teams.
Each player is guaranteed at least three games per event. The event will follow USAPA rules, with players monitoring calls and staff available for assistance at the tournament desk. Participants are asked to check in 30 minutes before their event starts.
Registration Details
Players can register for one event per day, with the exception of men’s doubles 3.0 and 3.5 teams, who can also enter men’s singles on the same day. A $5 registration fee applies, which will increase to $15 on February 8.
Players who sign up but do not pay within 48 hours will be placed on a waitlist. Those without partners will also be moved to the waitlist three weeks before registration closes.
Cash Prizes and Refund Policy
The tournament offers over $1,500 in cash prizes. The top winners in all open divisions (men’s doubles, women’s doubles, mixed doubles, men’s singles, and women’s singles) will receive cash prizes ranging from $200 to $400.
The event has a strict refund policy. Entries are refundable with a $20 administrative fee if canceled 30 days or more before the event. Withdrawals within 30 days are non-refundable.
Venue and Parking
Parking at the Austin Tennis & Pickleball Center is free, with available spaces near the venue. Players are encouraged to arrive early for parking and check-in.
