Ace Pickleball Club Enters 2025 with Ambitious Plans for Expansion and Community Engagement

Ace Pickleball Club Enters 2025 with Ambitious Plans: Ace Pickleball Club (APC), a rapidly growing national pickleball franchise, is entering 2025 with strong momentum after a successful 2024. The club opened 11 new locations in just its second year, reflecting the increasing demand for accessible pickleball experiences.

A Community-Centered Approach

“Pickleball isn’t just a sport; it’s a movement bringing people together,” said Conor Hawks, VP of Franchise Growth at APC. He emphasized that APC aims to create spaces where players of all skill levels can connect, compete, and grow. The franchise’s growth highlights the community’s desire for high-quality pickleball environments.

APC differentiates itself by providing a single, easy-to-understand membership that emphasizes fun and play. “We offer a unique experience that players won’t find anywhere else,” said Mookie McDevitt, VP of Strategic Partnerships. The franchise team leverages experience from global recreation brands to refine operational systems and marketing strategies.

Inclusive Play for All Skill Levels

The club is designed to be inclusive, with designated courts for beginners, intermediates, and advanced players. “Members don’t need reservations or a set roster of friends to play,” added Hawks.

They can drop in whenever they want, quickly rotating into matches. This structure allows for a more casual and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the game regardless of their experience level.

Ambitious Plans for Growth in 2025

Looking ahead, APC has ambitious plans for 2025, with a goal of opening 25 to 30 new locations. New clubs are set to open in cities like Grand Rapids, Michigan; Lutz, Florida; and Brookfield, Wisconsin. Currently, APC has over 125 locations in various stages of development.

Unlike traditional franchises, APC’s franchisee-to-unit ratio is approximately 3 to 1. This structure allows for stronger relationships and operational efficiency. Franchisees receive focused support from day one, improving the opening process and growth timelines.

APC is seeking qualified franchisees who share its vision and community values, regardless of their pickleball experience. “We’re building a brand by delivering an exceptional experience to both our members and our franchisees,” said Joe Sexton, Co-Founder and President of APC. The franchise aims to exceed members’ expectations, creating rewarding businesses for franchisees.

As APC continues to grow, it seeks to make pickleball accessible nationwide, energizing communities through this popular sport. The focus on quality experiences for members and franchisees is expected to enhance the brand’s reputation and community impact.
