Tournament Details and Registration
Registration opens on January 29, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. CST and closes on February 20, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. CST. The entry fee is $35 per event for non-Life Time members and $20 for Life Time members, plus a $5 non-refundable Pickleball Brackets service fee.
The event will use a turbo format, where pool play matches will follow rally scoring to 11 points, win by one. All teams will then enter a double-elimination bracket, with rally scoring to 11 points, win by two. Players must sign up based on their DUPR rating, ensuring fair competition.
Schedule of Events
- 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: 3.5-3.99 Coed Doubles (Check-in at 11:30 a.m.)
- 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.: 4.0 Men’s Doubles (Check-in at 3:00 p.m.)
Players are required to register in the appropriate division according to their DUPR rating. If a player does not have a rating, they must self-rate accurately. Organizers reserve the right to move players to appropriate divisions if necessary. Teams must register based on the higher-rated partner’s DUPR.

The tournament will be hosted at Life Time White Bear Lake, located at 4800 White Bear Pkwy, White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Parking is free for all attendees.
Refund and Scoring Policies
Players must withdraw by February 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. to receive a full refund. Each team is allowed one 1-minute timeout per game. The official tournament ball will be The Ultimate Pickleball by Life Time.
Tournament results will be submitted to DUPR, so participants should ensure their accounts are active. Organizers encourage players to sign up early to secure their spot in this competitive and engaging event.
