Tournament Details and Schedule
The non-sanctioned tournament will include age and skill divisions for men’s and women’s doubles on April 26 and mixed doubles on April 27. Players will compete in either a double-elimination or round-robin format, with medals awarded to the top three teams in each bracket.
The registration fee is $55, with an additional $30 per event. Every participant will receive a free t-shirt and festival giveaways. Registration also includes entry to the player party on April 25, featuring an exhibition match with local professional players. Additional guest tickets for the party are available for $20.
Competition Format
Tournament matches will follow 2025 USAPA rules. In double-elimination brackets, main draw matches will be best two out of three games to 11, win by two. Secondary draw matches will be one game to 15, win by two. Medal matches will follow similar formats, with adjustments as needed by the tournament director.
Round-robin brackets will feature either two out of three games to 11, win by two, or a single game to 15, win by two. Final placements will be determined by match results.
Venue and Parking
All matches will take place inside the Winchester Country Club’s tennis bubble. Parking is free for players and spectators.
Refund Policy
Players can receive a full refund (minus a service fee) if they cancel before April 14, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date unless approved by the tournament director.
