The round-robin matches will be played to 15 points, win by 2, or to 11 points, depending on the number of teams in each bracket. The tournament director reserves the right to combine brackets if there are too few players in a division to ensure fair play.
The registration fee includes a souvenir tournament t-shirt, and players can add individual events for an additional fee. Since this is an outdoor tournament, there are no backup dates, and participants assume the risk that weather conditions could cause delays or cancellations.
No Refund Policy
The tournament has a strict no-refund policy, with withdrawals allowed up until July 14, 2025, for a partial refund of up to $45. After July 14, no refunds will be issued.
Players are encouraged to register early, as the event is limited to the first 350 players who fully pay their registration fees.

Pinkerton Academy offers ample parking. Players are advised to bring their chairs, refreshments, and medical supplies. The tournament will be held in close proximity to restaurants and hotels, making it convenient for visitors.
