Redmond Hosts the Inaugural Courtside for CASA Pickleball Classic in February 2025!

The inaugural Courtside for CASA Pickleball Classic is set to take place from February 20-23, 2025, at Premier Pickleball Club in Redmond, Oregon. This indoor round-robin tournament promises thrilling competition while also raising funds for CASA of Central Oregon, a non-profit organization supporting children in foster care.

A Meaningful Cause

The event brings together pickleball enthusiasts for spirited matches that will directly benefit the lives of vulnerable children. Fifty percent of the registration proceeds will go to CASA of Central Oregon, which provides trained advocates to children who have experienced abuse and neglect in Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties.

Heather Dion, the executive director of CASA, expressed her excitement about the tournament’s impact, saying, “With every rally and every point scored, we’re rallying for brighter futures for our kids.”

The tournament will feature a variety of events over four days:

  • Thursday, February 20: Pro, Senior Pro, and Amateur Singles
  • Friday, February 21: Pro Women’s Doubles and Amateur Men’s Doubles
  • Saturday, February 22: Pro Mixed Doubles and Amateur Mixed Doubles
  • Sunday, February 23: Pro Men’s Doubles and Amateur Women’s Doubles

The event will follow USA Pickleball rules, with the round-robin format ensuring exciting and fair competition for all participants.
