Registration Details
Registration for the event opened on January 31, 2025, at 8:00 CST and will close on February 20, 2025, at 6:00 CST. The entry fee is $35 per person or $70 per team.
A price increase to $35 per person will take effect on February 9th, so interested participants are encouraged to register early to avoid the extra cost.
The event is open to Life Time members and non-members. Players must meet the required DUPR rank for eligibility. All players will need to verify their DUPR account to compete.
Venue Information
The pickleball tournament will take place at Life Time Shenandoah, located at 9000 Six Pines Drive in Shenandoah, Texas. The venue offers free parking for attendees, and limited spots are available for registration. If the event fills up, a waitlist is available, and participants will be moved up if a spot opens.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Participants wishing to withdraw before registration closes on February 20th, 2025, will cost a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after this date. Registration fees are non-transferable.
