Registration for the event opens on January 13, 2025, and closes on March 2, 2025. The registration fee is $70 per player, which includes participation in two events, a tournament shirt, and access to food trucks during lunch hours. Early bird registration, with a $10 discount, is available until January 31, 2025.
Tournament Details and Rules
The tournament will follow a round-robin format, with the top teams advancing to the playoff rounds. Players are encouraged to register with a partner, as those who sign up without one will be placed on a waitlist if their partner does not register within five days. All players must have a profile on PickleballBrackets.com to participate.
Tournament director reserves the right to combine brackets if necessary. If brackets are combined, multiple medals will be awarded based on the overall seed of wins/losses in the combined division.
Venue and Parking
The Gulf Shores Sportsplex is located at 19025 Oak Rd. West, Gulf Shores, AL. Free parking is available on-site, and players can bring their chairs for added comfort.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds after March 2, 2025. Players who withdraw before this date will receive a refund, minus a $5 service charge. However, Pickleball Brackets fees are non-refundable.
