Inclusive Atmosphere for Everyone
Co-owner Jamee Shaw emphasizes the importance of a great vibe at the Court House. She wants it to be more than just a place to play pickleball.

Pickleball combines elements from tennis, badminton, and ping pong. Players use a perforated plastic ball on a badminton-sized court. Its popularity has surged recently, attracting players of all ages and skill levels.
Shaw’s partner, Dani Tangredi, highlights the facility’s goal to be inclusive. “We try to cater to everybody,” Tangredi said, noting interest from schools for potential field trips. The Court House is not membership-based, allowing people to play without feeling pressured to use the facility excessively.
Community Engagement and Future Growth
The Court House seeks to bring together diverse groups of people through the sport. Shaw believes this will help create a sense of community.
