Registration Details and Fees
Early bird registration is available until February 17, 2025. Members can register for $20, while non-members pay $35. After this date, registration fees increase to $30 for members and $45 for non-members.
Participants in doubles must register with a partner, and both players must complete their registration within three days to avoid being moved to the waitlist.
Tournament Schedule
The tournament schedule includes:
- Thursday, March 6: Singles for Men’s and Women’s Advanced (3.5-4.0) and Doubles for Men’s and Women’s Intermediate (3.0-3.5), starting at 4 p.m.
- Friday, March 7: Singles for Men’s and Women’s Advanced (3.5-4.0), Competitive (4.0-4.5), and Men’s Open (4.5+), starting at 4 p.m.
- Saturday, March 8: Doubles for Men’s and Women’s Advanced (3.5-4.0), Competitive (4.0-4.5), and Open (4.5+).
- Sunday, March 9: Mixed Doubles for Intermediate (3.0-3.5), Advanced (3.5-4.0), Competitive (4.0-4.5), and Open (4.5+).
Refunds will be given to players who withdraw before March 2, 2025, minus a $5 processing fee.
Prizes and Recognition
Medals will be awarded to the top teams in the Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Doubles Open (4.5+) divisions. The first-place teams will receive $600, with $250 for second place and $100 for third place. A minimum of 12 teams is required for full payout.
