Players will be placed in brackets based on their skill level, which is determined by their DUPR rating and previous tournament ratings. Players can only play in a bracket up to half a point above their self-rated level. The tournament director will evaluate players’ ratings manually if a concern arises.
Tournament Format
All pickleball matches will be played in a round-robin format with a minimum of one game to 15 points, with a win-by-two rule.
Depending on the number of teams, the round-robin format may change to shorter games, such as 1 to 11 by 2. After the round-robin play, the top four teams will advance to the playoffs, with matches to determine gold, silver, and bronze positions.
Refund Policy and Weather Information
Players who need to withdraw before the registration deadline on May 28, 2025, will receive a refund minus a $10 fee.
Cancellations due to weather will receive up to a 50% refund, and no refunds will be offered after the tournament starts. Since this is an outdoor event, there is no indoor backup location.
