The 2025 Kick off Summer at The PicklR Tournament is set to take place from May 30 to June 1, 2025, at The PicklR in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This all-ages, all-skill-level event is open for registration starting February 5, 2025. Early registration is priced at $45, with event fees starting at $15 per competition. Prices increase after March 16, 2025.
Tournament Format and Divisions
This pickleball tournament welcomes players of all skill levels and ages. Senior events will follow an Age/Skill format, with 5-year age breaks. Players will use their USSP rating for event placement, and if they add their USSP membership number to their profile, they will receive a $10 rebate.
This pickleball tournament will follow a round-robin format with playoffs for gold, silver, and bronze medals. All matches are played with a “win by 2” rule. Depending on the number of teams, round-robin matches will either be played to 15 or 11 points.

- Friday, May 30: Women’s Doubles / Men’s Singles
- Saturday, May 31: Mixed Doubles
- Sunday, June 1: Men’s Doubles / Women’s Singles
Registration Details
Registration is open until May 21, 2025. Early registration runs from February 5 to March 15, 2025, at a cost of $45 plus event fees. After March 16, the registration fee increases to $65, and the late registration fee is $75. Each event costs $15, except for certain events with higher fees. The tournament may close early if maximum daily numbers are reached.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel, you can receive a refund if done by May 21, 2025. However, a $20 processing fee will be deducted. No refunds will be given after the cancellation deadline.
