The tournament features set partner pool play and a single-elimination bracket format. Participants must register as a team, with entry fees ranging from $55 per player. The event includes skill-based brackets for Below 3.5 and 3.5 & Above players, ensuring fair competition.
Tournament Details and Schedule
Matches take place at the state-of-the-art indoor facility using Franklin X 40 balls. Each team is guaranteed at least five games, with round-robin matches played to 11 points. Top teams will advance to a single-elimination tournament.
- Below 3.5 Division: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 3.5 & Above Division: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Gold and Bronze medal matches: Played to 15, win by 2
The Swish app will manage scheduling and real-time score updates. Players must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled match and download the Swish app for tournament management.
Fundraising and Community Impact
All proceeds will help offset travel expenses for Nativity Missions volunteers. Each mission trip costs between $2,000 and $4,000, covering airfare, lodging, meals, and community support.
Funds raised will aid volunteers as they assist with infrastructure projects, education, and clean water initiatives.
Special Features and Registration
A “Mulligan” option allows players to purchase a second serve attempt for $20, further contributing to the fundraiser. Interested participants can register through Swish, either as a team or as an individual looking for a partner.
Refunds are available until February 2, 2025, minus processing fees. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
