The WRRFC Women’s Pickleball Tournament will take place on March 8-9, 2025, at the Western Reserve Racquet and Fitness Club in Streetsboro, Ohio. The tournament will feature singles and doubles events, offering a competitive environment for players of varying skill levels.
Tournament Details
The tournament will have divisions for players with skill levels ranging from 3.0 to 4.0+. Games will be played in a round-robin format, followed by a bracket format.
Each player is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games, though the total number of games depends on the number of teams in each division. Medals will be awarded to the winners of each division.
Registration Information
Registration opens on February 10, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST and ends on March 4, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST. The cost to register is $40 per person for one event or $60 for two events. A service fee is also charged by Pickleball Brackets. All results will be uploaded to the DUPR system.

Skill Level Guidelines
Players’ skill levels will be determined using DUPR ratings. If a player has no DUPR rating, their Pickleball Brackets rating will be used. In the absence of both, the player’s self-rating will apply, which must be accurate.

The pickleball tournament will be hosted at the Western Reserve Racquet and Fitness Club, located at 11013 Aurora Hudson Rd, Streetsboro, OH, 44241. The facility boasts 20 indoor courts and offers amenities such as a snack and beverage bar and locker rooms. Parking is free for participants.
Refund Policy
Full refunds (excluding the service fee) are available until registration closes. After March 4, no refunds will be issued.
