Registration and Pricing
Registration for the tournament opens on February 11, 2025, at 6:00 pm EST. The early bird pricing will be available until February 28, with Life Time members paying $30 and non-members paying $60.
After February 28, the registration fees will increase to $40 for members and $75 for non-members. Participants must also pay separate event fees, with fees ranging from $25 to $60 depending on the division.
Tournament Format and Divisions
The tournament features multiple divisions, including the 4.5 skill level and under divisions, as well as open divisions. The open divisions will use a double-elimination format, where teams will play through a loser’s bracket to the gold medal match. For non-open divisions, round robin play will determine seeding for a single-elimination playoff to the medal rounds.
Registration Details and Rules
Players must register with a partner, and both players must complete their registration within three days. Teams that do not complete this step will be moved to the waitlist.
To compete, all participants must have a DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) account, and scores will be recorded in the system.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided for the tournament, but participants who cannot attend will have their registration fee applied to a future event.
