The Cassville Spring Chill Pickleball Classic will take place on March 15, 2025, at Cassville City Park. Players of all skill levels can enjoy a competitive tournament starting at 9:00 a.m., with mixed doubles scheduled for 12:30 p.m. The event will also support the Cassville High School Senior Beta Club.
Registration and Cost
Registration opens on February 11, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. CST and ends on March 12, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. CST. The registration fee is $35. US Senior Pickleball (USSP) members will receive a $10 discount.
Tournament Format and Events
This pickleball tournament will feature mixed doubles, men’s doubles, and women’s doubles. There will be age categories for players aged 10-49 and 50+, with multiple skill levels.
Players will compete in round robin or pool play formats. All players are guaranteed four games per event. Medals will be awarded for the top three teams in each event.
For brackets with fewer than eight teams, games will be played to 15 points, win by 2. For larger brackets, the event will be split into pools, with the top two teams advancing to a medal bracket.
Venue and Parking
The tournament will be held at Cassville City Park, located at 600 City Park Rd, Cassville, MO. There is no parking fee for participants.
Refund Policy
Withdrawals before registration closes will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after registration closes.
