Cowtown Senior Open Series 1 Offers Round-Robin Format & Medals for All Divisions

The 2025 Cowtown Senior Open Series 1, an indoor pickleball tournament approved by US Senior Pickleball (USSP), will take place on February 18-19 in a venue featuring 18 hardwood courts. Open to all players, the event offers guaranteed matches and medals for each age and skill group.

Competitive Format and Registration Details

This tournament follows a round-robin format with playoffs for the top three to four teams. Events with ten or more teams may have pool play, with the top two from each advancing to playoffs. Players are assured at least four matches per event, providing more opportunities to compete.

Registration costs $65, with an additional $10 per event. USSP members receive a $10 discount and are eligible for points and prizes. Membership is available for $20 per year at USSeniorPickleball.com, with multi-year discounts offered. To receive the discount, players must link their membership number to their pickleballbrackets.com profile during registration.

Medals and Tournament Expectations

Medals will be awarded in each age and skill division, though event bracket details are subject to change based on registration numbers. Participants are encouraged to review event confirmations after registration closes to ensure accuracy in placement.
