Tournament Format and Rules

Each event is designed to allow players to participate in multiple brackets without back-to-back matches. The event follows the USAPA-approved paddle rule, and participants are required to use the Franklin X-40 ball for the competition. The Orca Classic uses side-out scoring this year, with the potential for rally scoring in the future.

Players may register for as many events as they are qualified for, with a $30 fee for each additional event. A $5 service fee will be charged for registering for the first two events.

A minimum of four games is guaranteed for each player, and matches will be played in either round-robin or waterfall formats.

Health and Safety Measures

The tournament will follow strict health and safety guidelines. In case of injury, players have up to 10 minutes to assess whether they can continue.

An AED and First Aid kit will be available on-site, and if a player becomes ill or injured, a registered substitute may replace them if needed.
