Pickling with my Peeps Tournament: The second annual “Pickling with my Peeps” Easter pickleball tournament will take place on April 4-5, 2025, at the Morris Bank Recreation Complex in Gray, Georgia. The Jones County Pickleball Club is hosting this exciting round-robin event, open to all pickleball enthusiasts. Registration opens on February 17, 2025, and closes on March 29, 2025, with a $40 entry fee for non-members.
Tournament Details
The tournament will feature mixed doubles on April 4 at 7 p.m. and women’s and men’s doubles on April 5 at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., respectively. Players will compete in two skill divisions: 3.5 and above, and 3.49 and below.
Most brackets will have a medal round after the round-robin, with the possibility of combined or double-elimination formats depending on registration numbers.
Registration for the event is $30 for club members and $40 for non-members, which covers participation in two events. The first 20 registrants can use the discount code “PEEP5” for a reduced rate.
Partner Registration and Waitlist
Participants can register with a partner or request help finding one. If a partner is not registered within five days, the team will be moved to the waitlist.
If a partner registers later, the team will return to the active list if a slot is available. All fees must be paid in full for registration to be confirmed.
Refund Policy
The registration deadline for cancellations is March 23, 2025, by 9 p.m. After that date, there will be no refunds. In case of bad weather, the tournament will aim to finish on April 6, 2025, as a backup day. No weather-related refunds will be provided unless tournament cancellation insurance is purchased.
Venue Information
The event will be held at the Morris Bank Recreation Complex, located at 166 Recreation Rd, Gray, Georgia. Free parking is available, and the venue has courts with lights for night play.
