CASA’s Justice is Served Pickleball Tournament: Where Charity Meets Competition

The 2nd Annual CASA’s Justice is Served Pickleball Tournament will be held from April 25 to April 27, 2025, at the Beaumont Municipal Tennis Center in Beaumont, Texas. This event, benefiting CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), aims to raise funds for this non-profit organization that supports abused and neglected children. Registration opens on February 17, 2025, and closes on April 20, 2025. The entry fee is $60, which increases to $75 after March 17.

Tournament Schedule

This pickleball tournament will kick off on Saturday, April 26, with gender doubles. Players can check in and warm up at 7:00 AM, with play starting at 8:00 AM.

On Sunday, April 27, mixed doubles will take place, with check-in at 12:00 PM and play starting at 1:00 PM. This is a round-robin format, open to participants aged 13 and up.

The event will be held on 12 courts, including 4 covered and 8 outdoor hard courts, all with concrete surfaces. The tournament will take place rain or shine, with no refunds for weather-related cancellations. If weather delays occur, organizers will make every effort to complete all matches scheduled for that day.

Location and Costs

The Beaumont Municipal Tennis Center, located at 6475 College St, Beaumont, Texas, will host the event. Parking is free for all participants. The tournament is open to all skill levels, and the fees are per player.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available up to two weeks before the registration deadline, but a $15 processing fee will be charged. Emergency refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, no refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.
