The 40,500-square-foot venue, located on Negron Drive, offers 14 indoor courts, open play, lessons, and events.

A Growing Pickleball Hub

The Hamilton facility is part of an ambitious plan by franchisee Samrat “Sam” Sood to establish 20 Pickleball Kingdom locations in New Jersey. The company, which has awarded over 350 franchises nationwide, is expanding across 20 states, including California, Oregon, Wisconsin, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts.

Representatives from Denholtz Properties joined Sood to commemorate the grand opening, underscoring the increasing demand for indoor pickleball facilities.

Features and Offerings

Pickleball Kingdom Hamilton provides more than 70 hours of open play each week, alongside instructional options such as group play and video analysis. The facility also includes a pro shop and accommodates private parties and corporate events, catering to players of all skill levels.

Impact on the Community

Pickleball’s growing popularity has led to a surge in new facilities, including recent openings like Pickle House in Robbinsville and Mercer Bucks Pickle Club in Ewing. Hamilton’s new venue further solidifies the region’s status as a hub for the fast-growing sport.
