The Picklr Manahawkin-LBI Grand Opening: Pickleball enthusiasts in New Jersey will soon have a new place to play as The Picklr Manahawkin-LBI prepares for its grand opening on March 15. Located at 205 Route 72 West in the Kohl’s Plaza Shopping Center, the 22,500-square-foot indoor facility will offer seven professional-quality courts and top-tier amenities.
New Indoor Pickleball Club Arrives in New Jersey
The Picklr Manahawkin-LBI marks the first New Jersey location for what the company calls “North America’s fastest-growing indoor pickleball franchise.” The club is equipped with sound-reducing baffle matrix systems and performance lighting to enhance play. In addition to the courts, the facility features a full-service pro shop, café, lounge, and locker rooms.
To celebrate the opening, the club will host an Open House from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on March 15. The free public event will include tailgating, a DJ, live music, food trucks, open play, and free clinics. Raffles will take place from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., leading up to the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Attendees can also purchase discounted paddles, hats, and t-shirts in the pro shop.

Visitors will have the chance to take private tours and explore membership options, which include unlimited play, four free clinics, and four guest passes per month. Club owner Tom Neale, a Surf City homeowner said.
