Refund Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 or more days before the tournament start date, minus any service fees. Cancellations made within two weeks of the tournament start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the tournament.

The YMCA Pickleball Center offers free parking for attendees. The tournament will be held indoors, so weather-related issues will not affect the event. The tournament director and facility will handle any issues related to weather.
